The campaign, which is leveraging off October as
National Health Awareness Month, and will run from 2 to 28 October.
Good Fork Week's launch follows the results of
Unilever Food Solutions' World Menu Report 3, which looks at eating-out-of-home
trends and found that 64 per cent of Australians eat out at least once a week
and only half look for or choose a healthier option, despite 66 per cent saying
they prefer healthier options.
